5 BASIC PROBLEMS IN FEMALES : Why You Are not Able to Conceive

not-able-to-conceiveOvulation is one part of the female menstrual cycle whereby a mature egg is released from one of the ovary.

  • During ovulation one of the two ovaries mature an egg within a follicle called sack which is full of immature eggs.
  • An egg releases when the sac bursts or ruptures.
  • The egg gets associated with the end of the fallopian tube, it is a floral type structure known as fimbriae .
  • The fimbriae pushes the egg towards inside of the fallopian tube.
  • At the time of intercourse approximately 300 million sperms enter into the female body
  • Healthy and motile sperms reach the egg in the Fallopian tube.
  • One effective sperm penetrates the eggs outer layer.
  • They combine and genetic changes occur which is called fertilization.
  • After a few days of fertilization, the resulting baby seed called embryo swims to get implanted in the womb called Uterus.
  • And it starts growing in the womb.
  • This is when the female is called to have natural conception.

 

Some Most common Problems Are :-

  1. Improper timing of Contact

CAUSE :  Lack of knowledge, Myths

SOLUTION :  Best time for conception is 11thto 16th day of menstrual cycle. That time is called fertile period.

  1. Menstrual problems

Some of these include:no menstrual bleeding (amenorrhea) or bleeding between periods (irregular menstrual bleeding), abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB) – which may include heavy menstrual bleeding, dysmenorrhea (painful menstrual periods)

CAUSE : Hormonal  Imbalance & Structural problem

  1. Uterine Causes

Healthy uterine cavity and endometrial lining are necessary in order to conceive and maintain a pregnancy.

PROBLEMS:

  1. Improper Shape or Size
  2. Fibroids in uterus
  3. Improper Endometrial  lining
  4. Endometriosis
  5. Uterine T.B

4.    Blocked fallopian tube

Fallopian tubes are two thin tubes that carry mature egg from ovaries to uterus. They are of the utmost importance in the entire fertilization process.

 Damage to Fallopian Tubes – If the tubes are damaged or blocked or tangled up due to any infection.

Causes of Blocked Fallopian Tubes-

  1.       Pelvic infection
  2.       Endometriosis
  3.       Ruptured Appendix
  4.       Prior abdominal surgery
  5.       Prior Ectopic Pregnancy
  6.       Any prior surgery or affliction pertaining to Fallopian Tubes
  7.       Abortion/miscarriage or uterine infection in past
  1. Contraction of STD infection currently or in past

5.  Cervix Conditions

CAUSE : Abnormality in Cervix shape, or mucus in cervix not being compatible with male’s sperm due to immunity problem.

In this case the sperm may be terminated before it reaches the egg.
