Dr. Vinay Goel

Dr. Vinay Goel is a Consultant Interventional Neuroradiologist with over 10 years of clinical experience. He completed his MBBS from Awadesh Pratap Singh University, Rewa, followed by an MD in Radiodiagnosis from Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay Memorial Health Sciences and Ayush University, Raipur, and a DM in Neuroimaging and Interventional Neuroradiology from AIIMS, New Delhi. He trained and practiced as a Clinical Associate and Associate Consultant in the Department of Interventional Neuroradiology at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi, where he currently serves. Dr. Goel has individually performed over 1,000 cerebral and 50 spinal angiographies, along with numerous mechanical thrombectomies, aneurysm coilings, flow diverter placements, AVM/AVF embolizations and carotid stenting procedures, and has helped introduce MR-guided high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) for essential tremor and Parkinson's disease. He is a life member of the Indian Society of Vascular and Interventional Radiology (ISVIR) and the Indian Radiological and Imaging Association (IRIA), with over 20 publications in national and international journals.
